Conservative rehabilitation of rotator cuff disease, glenohumeral instability, and adhesive capsulitis will also be highlighted. Hands-on sessions include evaluation and treatment of scapula dyskinesia, mobilization of the shoulder girdle, and clinical examination. Emphasis will be placed on how to implement an EMG guided exercise progression, the keys to clinical decision-making, as well as the “why” behind the rehabilitation.
